Kevin Rupy brings to Bluemont Vineyard approximately 10 years of corporate and regulatory legal experience. He graduated from the American University, Washington College of Law in May, 2000 and holds a B.A. degree from Fordham University in New York City (1990). Prior to obtaining his law degree, he spent approximately six years in the United States Marine Corps, attaining the rank of Captain. Following his service in the Marine Corps, he worked as a law clerk for a litigation law firm and regional wireless carrier on a wide variety of corporate and regulatory legal issues.

Following his graduation from law school in May, 2000, he worked for six years at the law firm of Keller and Heckman, LLP, working in their corporate and regulatory practice areas. He has extensive experience working with regulated industries, ensuring their compliance with regulations at the local, state and federal levels. He continues to work in the legal area and will bring valuable experience to Bluemont Vineyard with his general understanding of corporate and regulatory law.
