ABOUT US: Meet The Owner and Counselor Kevin Rupy brings to Bluemont Vineyard approximately 10 years of corporate and regulatory legal experience. He graduated from the American University, Washington College of Law in May, 2000 and received his undergraduate degree from Fordham University in New York City.
