Harvest Progression Blind Tasting

Harvest season marks one of the most exciting times in the vineyard. It begins with our white and rosé varieties and unfolds over several weeks, culminating in the arrival of our red wine grapes. Throughout this period, our vineyard and winemaking teams carefully monitor brix levels—the natural sugars in the fruit—to determine the precise moment to pick, balancing ripeness, acidity, and character.

As the weeks progress, grapes are harvested, crushed, and fermentation begins for the upcoming 2026 vintage. Every harvest is shaped by its own set of variables—weather patterns, fruit condition, and the natural rhythm of the season. Timing is everything, and no two harvests are ever the same.
