Policies & Procedures *

Client is fully responsible for booking and reserving the photographer of their choice. Bluemont Vineyard has no role in the communication transferred between client and photographer. Clients and photographers will be given access to the properties photo shoot area only after the booking fee has been paid, policies and procedures agreement has been signed and returned, and they have checked in with a member of the Bluemont Team on the day of their scheduled reservation. Clients must coordinate with the Bluemont Vineyard team to schedule a date and time of their choosing and Bluemont Vineyards availability. Bluemont Vineyard reserves the right to direct clients to areas deemed safe for activity and restrict entry to areas not fit for guests. This is a fully operating vineyard and the safety of our customers is our first priority. Bluemont Vineyard will not be held liable or responsible for poor image quality for any reason. Individuals or groups that did not book a property usage reservation and sign our policies and procedures will be charged an additional fee. In the event that your photoshoot needs to be cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather or other various causes we will be happy to reschedule at a date of your choosing and Bluemont Vineyards availability. In the event you are not able to reschedule, we will provide a full refund in the form of a Bluemont Vineyard gift card.
