Fireworks in the Valley
Join us for a special Independence Day celebration as we honor 250 years of America with an unforgettable evening at Bluemont Vineyard.
Bring the whole family to the mountaintop for delicious wine, festive bites, and sweeping views of fireworks illuminating the Loudoun Valley.
On July 4th, Bluemont Vineyard will close to the general public at 4:00 PM and reopen exclusively for Fireworks in the Valley ticket holders at 5:00 PM.
As the sun sets, guests will enjoy golden-hour views, light fare, and celebratory beverages before settling in for a panoramic view of fireworks displays across the valley beginning around 9:00 PM. The evening concludes at 10:00 PM.
We encourage guests to bring lawn chairs or blankets and relax among the vines or on the lawn for the best viewing experience.
Please Note: Bluemont Vineyard does not host its own fireworks display. This event highlights our mountaintop vantage point, offering views of multiple fireworks shows throughout the valley—near and far.

Fireworks in the Valley FAQ
Do y’all set off your own fireworks for this event?
No! We (Bluemont Vineyard) do not set off our own fireworks on July 4th at all — on the mountaintop or anywhere else! What we offer with our famous 4th of July event, “Fireworks in the Valley”, is our vineyard’s world-renowned view of the Blue Ridge Mountains, and the stunning Loudoun Valley below!
What fireworks will we see?
Bluemont Vineyard is Loudoun County’s BEST SEAT IN THE HOUSE to glimpse a variety of firework shows happening all across the Valley — near and far! Sit back, sip sangria and watch the sky light up with the whole family!
What time will the fireworks start?
As we are not involved with any firework shows, we don’t have exact times. That being said, we estimate that fireworks will start going off across the Loudoun Valley sometime around 9:00 pm — after the summer sun sets!
Can I refund my Fireworks in the Valley ticket?
All event tickets at Bluemont Vineyard — Fireworks in the Valley included — are final, and cannot be refunded!
