Petit Manseng

With its origins in Southwest France, Petit Manseng is relatively new to Virginia vineyards. Our dry white is hand-harvested and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Slightly perfumed aromatics of honeysuckle, ripe banana, and green apple couple with an elevated lingering acidity due to a cooler than average growing season.

Pairs well with squash, root vegetables, poultry, and pork

Cabernet Franc

This vibrant red plum with touches of tart cherry, graphite, and violet on the finish. Medium-bodied with subtle, softer oak tannins and hints of vanilla from the use of French and Hungarian barrels. Additional notes of cracked white pepper and strawberry with enough acidity and structure to cellar for 2-4 years.

Sourced from O1V Vineyard and Malick Vineyard, both located in Loudoun County.

Pairs well with red sauce pastas, or Margherita pizza.
